Rootsource Solutions, LLC is the result of two independent contractors working together to offer services that address human capital at all levels of development.
In 1996, Rhonda Lehman and Herman Davenport partnered to advance diversity mindsets in education and organizations. We brought our passion and our expansive tools of mind, learning, and brain development together to fulfill the needs of learners. Over time, it became clear that the assessments, concepts, and strategies we used in training were making sound, positive impacts throughout people’s lives.
In 2011, we created Rootsource Solutions, LLC to further address the personal and professional needs of the business community, leadership boards, and people in key positions to “Grow Cultures of Success!”
Using a process consultation approach, we work with our clients to get at the root and source of what they need to improve to become more flexible and growth-oriented. We help them clarify goals, gather pertinent data, and analyze all aspects of the system for congruence with real-time readiness applications.
With our clients, we use this information to tailor a set of strategies, trainings, materials, and on-going supports that foster the greatest amount of progress in the least amount of time. Thus, we are able to foster new levels of excellence with growth-mindsets that embrace flexibility, passion, and positive reward.
